Just a reminder that Coach Addy and I are holding optional morning practices Monday-Wednesday for our Junior and Senior groups from 9 AM - 10 AM. This is a chance for swimmers to get additional help on anything they need. See you tomorrow!

Also there is no practice Monday for the Memorial Day holiday.
