This is our Blue and White Meet!! This is our chance to make sure we are ready to run a real meet, test our dolphin timing system, train everyone on the volunteer jobs, and cheer on our kids as they put up their very first times of the season. All swimmers will swim every event Coaches Josh and Kamryn feel they are ready to safely swim so they have an initial "seed time" and our baby rays will swim at the beginning and half-time. We ask that each family consider volunteering more than one adult to help (as able) so everyone can only work half the meet (remember, this is only our team, so we'll need double the timers). |

Back to Swim Night

Join us for our annual Back-to-Swim night! We'll start altogether with a word from our coaches and unveil our new team logo. Then the swimmers will join their coaches for a time of team building while all the grown-ups cover fun stuff like how the meets run and volunteer spots (Okay, it won't be that fun, but we'll do our best!) We'll also give you all the important dates for your calendars and take orders for team shirts. This is the best time to ask your questions and get to know our team. We are looking forward to meeting you at the pool! Note: swimmers can not get in the pool until May 1st per league rules. Have your swimmer wear tennis shoes and comfy "dry land" clothes they can move in. |

End of Season Swimmer Celebration + Movie Night

Join us for our end-of-season celebration. We'll provide hamburgers and hot dogs and soda, water, juice, and ice cream... You all sign up to bring a side or a favorite ice cream topping. And just for fun, we are hosting a movie night for those who want to attend. Grown-ups: this is not a swim meet so meet rules do not apply, you are welcome to BYOD (but let's keep this a family-friendly event ;)) The Agenda:

Stonewood vs Stonewood! Practice meet to get ready for the real thing! We try to make this a lot of fun. It's a great chance for the swimmers to put up some first times so we can track their progress over the season. It's also the perfect place to figure out how all volunteer jobs work so you feel ready for the real meets when we verse other teams. It will be a quick meet. |
