This is our time trials. Swimmers will swim every event they are both eligible for (and coaches feel they are ready for.) Because this is only our team, we need three timers per lane. That is A LOT of volunteer slots to fill! We need EVERY family to take at least one job DURING the meet, and every family who is able to take 2 jobs. |

We will have tie dye set up from 5:30-7pm for those who bought WHITE tshirts, tanks, etc from our merch shop. We'll provide everything you need to tie dye.

Now that school is OUT for summer, we can offer morning practice times! Every Monday and Wednesday in June, beginning June 1st. 9:00-10:00am. These are for our 9under and 10up groups (Sorry, not baby rays) Use these as extra practice or to free up a couple evenings a week. |

All NEW swimmers to our team need to complete a swim try-out. Baby Rays do not need to complete a try out. If you swam with us last year, you can skip this. :) 9 and under: 5:45 pm
10 and up: 6:30 pm

Our Back-to-Swim Night is our informational meeting and chance for swimmers to meet their coaches and teammates. At least one parent/guardian from each family should plan to attend. We will be at the pool from 5:30-7:30, so come early or stay late:

BBQ + Swim Party + Awards Night

Stingrays Awards Night + BBQ Monday, July 14, 5:30-8pm This is open to all Baby Rays and Stingrays swimmers and their immediate household (ie parents/guardians and siblings). Please RSVP BY FRIDAY JULY 11. Our team will be providing Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, and hot dogs, water, and popsicles or ice cream bars. We invite all our families to sign up to bring a potluck item (you'll find these under "job sign ups". Just add your name to whatever you want to bring.) Loose breakdown of the evening: 5:30-6:15 Free Swim 6:00-6:15 Setting up food. Please try to arrive by 6pm. 6:15-6:45 Eat :) 6:45-7:15 Awards 7:15-8:00pm Popsicles and Free Swim 7:30-8:00 tear down + clean up Please RSVP so we can get a firm head count for food. |
