Couple things to note: our warm up time is 5:05-5:20. Please arrive with plenty of time to find parking and to get set up.

Schedule & Volunteer Check-In

• 4:50 PM – 5:05 PM – Lincoln Lightning Warm-ups
• 5:05 PM – 5:20 PM – Visiting Team Warm-ups
• 5:20 PM – First-half volunteers check in
• 5:30 PM – National Anthem and Halflappers first swim
• 5:45 PM – Official races begin (Right after the National Anthem and Halflappers)
• Event 35 – Second-half volunteers check in
• After Event 38 – Halflappers second swim
• Event 39 – Second-half volunteer shift officially begins

Cheer on the Halflappers! Our halflappers will get to swim twice! Their first swim will take place right after the National Anthem, and their second is right after backstroke (Event 38). We have plenty of kickboards swimmers can borrow, so no need to pack any!

Setup & Parking Tips

• Finding a Spot: Feel free to set up camp and make yourselves at home anywhere around the property! Pop-up tents fit perfectly on the grass area. We just ask that everyone keeps the walkways completely clear so people can move around safely.
• Parking: Our small parking lot fills up quickly! Fortunately, there is tons of street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please remind your families to lock their cars, keep valuables hidden, and be sweet to our neighbors by keeping driveways completely clear. Also, please note that we aren't allowed to use the church parking lot.

Staying Safe on the Pool Deck

To keep the meet running smoothly and safely, we ask that all swimmers walk around the East side of the pool deck to get to the starting blocks. We will have benches blocking off the area near the score table, so please remind your swimmers to walk around rather than cutting through. Thank you so much for your help with this!

Concessions

Our snack bar will be fully stocked with delicious options like baked potatoes, hot dogs, tri-tip sliders, nachos, and tons of other treats. We happily accept both cash and Venmo payments.
