Greetings Stingrays!

Please read if your swimmer is attending City Meet.

Our team is required to provide volunteers for certain jobs. These are given to us, we do not have a say in them. We need 18 volunteers spread out over Friday-Sunday. (Not counting Stroke and Turn. These assignments are coming and I’ll pass them along as soon as we get them.)

If your swimmer is attending City Meet, please pick a volunteer spot for a day you will be there.You find the volunteer spots open on Swimtopia or on our website under City Meet (just like you have signed up for jobs on the other meets) It would be tremendous if we didn’t have to search through who is attending and when and voluntell people where to go. Please help in this way by just picking one thing.

As an aside, for those with us last year, we do not need to help with meet set up this year. The jobs I have listed are all I need. Unless I have anyone comfortable and happy on a microphone and reading out names as our team was asked to cover announcing for backstroke. I will fill it if no one is willing.
